This year the AGM will be held at Dave & Elly’s home; 22 Carolyn St Dundowran on Sunday 21st August starting with snacks & chat from 11 am, a light BBQ lunch between 12 & 1 pm & the AGM followed by the monthly meeting (no Wednesday night meeting this month) from 1 pm. As in previous years the club will provide the BBQ meal & a few sides & some soft drinks & snacks, you are welcome to bring a few beers ect or a plate to share if you like & please BYO CHAIR. This meeting as always is kid friendly & Dave is happy for anyone silly enough to go for a dip in the pool & there is a large fenced yard the kids can play in

Hi members , this months meeting is this Wednesday night;21st; at the new venue the Hervey Bay Sports Club at the corner of Boundary Rd & Tavistock St.The club is giving us the use of their meeting room FOC so get there a bit early & grab a drink & maybe a snack form the bistro so we can start the meeting at 7 pm sharp.

13th September we’re having a day trip to Wongai State Forrest, meet at the BP Torbanlea at 8:30. All members and visitor welcome.
Heading out to Pine Creek, if you plan to join us please contact kieth or mark . It will be a challenging event so all vehicles need to be capable although experience not essential you’ll be guided and gain confidence. The main thing is that we all get home safe and sound while having lots of fun

This weekend coming (22nd May) we’re heading to Kilkivan Bush camp. It will be a casual affair and easy tracks, if you plan on joining us you’ll need to book your site. I will be meeting anyone who fancies traveling with us at the Ned Kelly servo at 9 am Friday.
